Dr. Ngayap Kamgang Lambert Cyrille (Dr. Ngayap K.L.C.) is a highly respected development consultant, systems-based educator, and entrepreneurship strategist, with more than 15 years of professional and institutional experience spanning Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. His academic journey reflects his commitment to integrating theory with practice: a PhD in Global Environmental Studies from Sophia University (Japan), an MSc in Sustainable Development from the Pan African Institute for Development (Cameroon), an MBA in Accounting & Finance and a BSc in Banking & Finance from the University of Buea (Cameroon), and further professional training in Maritime Safety & Disaster Management from the Regional Maritime University (Ghana).

Professionally, Dr. Ngayap has held key positions in finance, management, and development. He served as Finance & Administration Manager for the Baha’i International Development Organization (Haifa, Israel), overseeing programs in more than ten African countries. He also worked as Drilling Cost & Financial Accountant at Noble Energy Cameroon in the oil and gas sector, and as Cost & Management Accountant with Dredging International & Interbeton on the Limbe Shipyard Project.
